BACKGROUND:
Alicia has loved to cook since she was little and has spent a lifetime using her creativity to experiment with flavors in the kitchen.  In 2015, she started her own spice company to create amazing flavor combinations for the public to use at home and eventually grew into a Food Truck to put those spices to good use!

FAVORITE DISH:
The Smoked Pork Zombie Fries are the favorite here!  Delicious smoked pulled pork, coleslaw and BBQ sauce over a bed of fries made to perfection!  If you find French Me around breakfast time, make sure to try the Zombie French Toast!  It is a close second on our favorites list!
