BACKGROUND:
Greg was a forensic accountant who thought it would be funny to sell pretzels shaped like mustaches. So in 2014, he learned to bake, quit his job, and started a food truck that does just that!

FAVORITE DISH:
Don’t overthink it! The Original Mustache Pretzel with butter and salt is the truck’s signature dish–and best seller. Try it with a side of green chile queso and a house-made iced tea or Arnold Palmer!

BACKGROUND:
They both love good food, cooking for friends and family and creating epic grilled cheese…so naturally a food truck was the next step! Marcy is the recipe guru. We collaborated ideas and Boom we were out on the road.

“The Scottsdale” is our favorite…and just as fancy as the city! Bacon, jalapenos, cream cheese, Habanero jam, monterey jack and pepper jack on artisan bread creates so many bursting flavors in your mouth!
