BACKGROUND:
Robert grew up in Alabama cooking with uncles and grandparents and from there went on to work as head cook in multiple large chain restaurants. His passion for preparing delicious food is what led him to start a Food Truck to do things his own way and bring you the Southern soul food that inspired him as a child!
FAVORITE DISH:
The pulled pork sandwich topped with the perfect amount of sauce and coleslaw is a Southern comfort food staple! Sure, the ribs and brisket are amazing…but nothing is better than that meal that takes you back!
