The Seise family has been enjoying their family elote recipe for years when Chris Ajiz, son in the Seise family and now the Elote Man AZ, had a great idea to share the family recipes with the public and a Food Truck was born!
FAVORITE DISH:
The elote of course!! But we prefer to get the cup of corn instead of the corn on the cob – so much easier to eat and just as tasty!
